Demons #1-4: Queen ORIENS, King AMAYMON, Queen PAYMON, King EGIN
ORIENS is Queen of the East Wind and of the Eastern Court. Her element is fire.

She travels in a parade of musicians and dancers, and rides an elephant. She always travels with her two kings. If asked to come alone, she may do so transformed into a horse with either five or five hundred heads.

She teaches magical experiments, physick, and all the earthly sciences. She helps people to obtain earthly treasures. She reveals truths about the past, the present and the future. You may ask her any question. Ask ORIENS to consecrate your books.

If she is made angry, she will cross those who don't give her proper offerings, unless an offering of money is made to you, or unless you are a person who teaches science.

ORIENS can constrain any other spirit.

Her imagery may be related to Demeter in her role as leader of the Elysian Mysteries.

AMAYMON is King of the South Wind and of the Southern Court. His element is earth.

He rides a lion, and travels with a huge retinue of spirits who dance and play musical instruments, especially percussion instruments. AMAYMON shakes a rod or a dart, which he holds in his right hand. He looks like an old man with a long beard, and hair that hangs over his eyes like a horse's maine.

When he is greeted, it should be done in a gentle, pleasant manner. He will happily receive sacrifices, offerings, and gifts. Always face south when you call for him, and please try not to call for him in bad weather.

AMAYMON brings friendships, acquaintances with nobility, dignities, promotions, and riches. He can heal many illnesses. He teaches philosophy and the notary art, and he will answer any question truthfully. Ask AMAYMON to consacrate your books.

AMAYMON may be the Jinn King of Saturday.

PAYMON is Queen of the West Wind and of the Western Court. Her element is water.

She rides a camel, and leads a huge retinue of spirits playing cymbals and trumpets. She arrives dressed for battle, and wears a bright, beautiful crown. She is prince of women.

When she appears, she makes a great, roaring cry and can be difficult to understand. But if you ask her to communicate plainly and distinctly, by writing on a piece of paper, she will do so, and so will proceed to teach philosophy, science, and all other secret things. She teaches on matters relating to the shaping and nature of the world. She has knowledge of all the arts, and can create magical objects.

She knows the nature of all things underground, and underwater. She knows the nature of the wind and where it comes from; and she knows the nature of the Abyss. She has power over all aquatic animals.

PAYMON grants dignities and confirmations. She may be petitioned in love spells for women, or to bind the minds of men and lesser spirits to your will. She provides good familiars.

EGIN is King of the North Wind and of the Northern Court. His element is air.

He has tusks, a bright, clear face, and his nose is as sharp as a sword. He wears two jeweled crowns, and carries two hissing, shining snakes in his right hand. He can breathe fire, and he rides a dragon.

He makes a fearful noise when he travels, though it's said that he appears much less hastily and dreadfully than other spirits do.

He can turn coals into treasure, and treasure into coals. He can turn any living plant or animal into stone. He grants friendships, dignities, prelacies, and can cause one to win in all manner of games.

EGIN will answer any question about the past, present, and future. He can reveal all kinds of secret and hidden things. He teaches physick, the notary art, necromancy, singing, the ars memorativa, and science. He will teach on matters related to the nature of the world, the Abyss, the wind and where it comes from, and whether water sustains the Earth, or whether the Earth sustains water. Ask him to consecrate your books.

He always travels in the company of three kings.
